Hauptbahnhof Dresden, Deutschland - The Federal Police Inspection Dresden reports alarming incidents of assault in the train stations in Dresden at the weekend. On June 15, 2025, around 6:55 p.m., an argument between two Syrian citizens broke out in the main train station. An 18-year-old used pepper spray, which meant that not only a 10-year-old child, but also security employees and other travelers were affected. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the young man because he is already known to the police for similar incidents.

Another incident occurred on June 13, 2025 when a 25-year-old Venezuelan appeared to the federal police and complained about beats and kicks from two unknown women. Video recordings show how one of the women hit him directly in the face. The investigation is underway and the police are looking for further witnesses. The safety of the travelers remains a priority for the federal police officers.
